RE: Minecraft | Live '25 Recap - Moonface - Jan 24th, 2026 I just saw this modpack listed on Curseforge that claimed to be a Souls-like, except that it's Minecraft so my immediate thought was "Yeah, bullshit it's actually like a Souls-like" until I saw the trailer: Like, excuse me?! Just full blown dodge rolling and stuff, what?! ![]() I know mods can alter a game a lot but I didn't really expect it to be possible to outright change the movement of the player character to this degree.

It just apparently has never occurred to many before that changing the very limited movement of base Minecraft characters could be interesting. Either that or it was very challenging to modify before more recent updates |
