It's just a Metal Gear Rising: Revengence crossover DLC; you play as new character "The Cyborg" and his starting relic is "Jack The Ripper" which adds 6 Strength after being hit 6 times and lasts for 6 turns.

It's football (soccer), but with grenades! Either get it in the opposing teams goal in time or if it's gonna blow before you can do that, punt that frag at someone on the other team to blow them up and remove one of their players from the game!
(This actually sounds kinda fun for a video game.)
