@ Maniakkid25: I've seen bits and pieces of Pragmata, and I'm not sure if the game does cover the meaning of the word beyond it just being the name of the bot program. I also thought the game had some parallels to Resident Evil in some ways, but you're probably not far enough in to have seen the ones I'm thinking of right now.

Pokemon LeafGreen (NS)
Defeated the Pokemon League and decided to call it there for a play through. Didn't really feel like going and catching Mewtwo or doing the rest of the stuff on the islands. My team was a lot of fun to use, Starmie was definitely the MVP of the team and just destroyed everything in its path. Think I'm definitely going to have to do another play through where I only use Pokemon I never used before, or have only used once or twice before. There's definitely a lot of choices I could go with. I'd like to use either Marowak or Rhydon since I had a good experience with Sandslash. I hear that Fearow is a pretty good flying type, but I've never used it because I just prefer Pidgeot's design. Clefable is another Mon I'd like to try to use in a full play through instead of just for the early parts of the game.
Might have to pick up FireRed now too so I can do a playthrough with Arcanine, haha.
Pokemon: Let's Go Eevee (NS)
I figured since I just finished LeafGreen and was already in the Kanto mood, now would be a good time to finally start and play this game. l'm as torn on it as I thought I would be. As I figured, I'm really not a huge fan of the Pokemon Go influence on this game. Don't like that random battles are just catching Pokemon and then getting full team EXP for it. The mechanic of catching Pokemon is pretty boring too. Where the game does have me though is when I do get to battle. I like some of the changes they made, like how Bug Catchers have Metapod/Kakana with Tackle, instead of them only being able to spam Harden (not that it makes them any harder, but it's nice to see them actually be able to fight back). I don't like how it seems there's a huge overall reduction to the level of opposing trainers Pokemon though. Like the battle with your Rival outside of Viridian City that you can do early in the game. In the OG versions of Gen 1 games, I believe he has a level 7 Pidgey and then his starter is level 9. In this game, his Pidgey is level 3 I believe and his starter is only level 7. It does make me a little worried that this is going to be a common trend in the game, and with how easy it is to gain exp for your Pokemon, it's going to become even more of a problem with becoming extremely over leveled and just plowing through everything in the game even faster than normal.
But I guess I'll see how it goes, but so far I am liking the things I thought I'd like and I'm greatly disliking the things I knew I would dislike. I'm just about to do Brock's gym, which should be easy considering there are Bellsprout every where up to Pewter City, plus the fact that Eevee learns Double Kick in this game.
Elden Ring: Nightreign (PC)
My journey to get a 20-win streak continues. I got up to 19 straight wins, but then the game threw the hardest boss in the game at me and I got sub-par teammates and that unfortunately doomed that streak just one win shy. But oh well, just means I'll have to continue to obsessively play Nightreign until it happens. What ever will I do~
Mind Zero (Vita)
This game continues to overstay its welcome. Going through the main game was painful enough, but then they had to tack on this 40-something floor post-game dungeon that just makes you want to introduce your face to a cheese grater. Like they seriously made one of the absolute worst games ever made, made the main story about 20 hours too long, and then went, "You know what players will want after suffering through our putrid game? Another 20 hours of it in an absolute slog of a dungeon."
I cannot wait to finally be done with this absolute pile of garbage.
Bravely Default: Flying Fairy HD (PC)
Been going a bit slow on this one lately, but defeated the boss at the Wind Crystal last I played. Forgot how rough this boss was on Hard mode, if you're unlucky it can spam a breath attack that hits your entire party for 400-500 damage, and if it uses it twice in the same turn, it can just be an automatic game-over for you if you don't have a someone in the Knight class with lots of physical defense. But I made it through and now I'll have access to the first good JP grinding spot in the game, so I can get some good passives for my party members. I know I have some rough boss battles coming up, which I remember from playing the game on 3DS a few years ago.

The Sims 4
Playing through the last few days with my family, before I give this game up (I've decided I stop when my current two Elder Sims finally die).
I do have a teenage Sim who's going to school, and he met a girl who was on the school football team. They hit it off for a while... but then, it turned out she isn't interested in men. So, my poor Sim got friendzoned !

Pokemon: Let's Go Eevee (NS)
Made it to Cerulean City. Was very surprised when I encountered a Charmander out in the wild heading to the city after leaving Mt. Moon. One thing I like about this game so far is that it's more like a remake of Yellow version than Red/Blue/FR/LG with Jesse and James showing up, and having NPCs that give you the original starters if you've caught enough Pokemon. Though it's kind of weird that there's the dude north of Cerulean who will give you a Charmander, but you can find them in the wild before that anyways so it makes him kind of pointless.
Also found it really interesting when I found the NPC in the PokeCenter in Cerulean who will trade you an Alolan Ratatta for a normal one. Makes me wonder if there's an NPC who will trade you an Alolan Vulpix some where in the game (I could look it up of course, but figured I'd wait and see if I get surprised).
My only real big gripe with the game so far is that every trainer only has one Pokemon so far (very rarely two) and that just kind of makes battles really boring. Especially since their levels are so low.
Octopath Traveler (PS4)
I've started this game three separate times (once on Switch, twice on Steam) and failed to get myself to go through the whole game. I am determined that the PS4 version will be the time that I finally actually get myself through the whole game. Of course with a Platinum trophy waiting for me at the end and the desire to finally play OT2 and OT0, I have a lot more incentive to actually get it done this time around (plus the PS5 version for the double platinum waiting in the wings). Started it up and did Tressa's opening story and got to where Cryus is and ran out of time to play before work. Wasn't sure if I wanted to do Cryus > Tressa or Tressa > Cryus, but decided to start with Tressa since it makes for the best opening that I like (going Tressa > Cryus > Ophilia).

Celia's Stupid ROMHack (GBA)
So I was on YouTube when the Algorithm was Working as Intended, and found the release trailer for this ROMHack. Needless to say, I needed to know more, so I downloaded it. A ROMHack of Fire Red (I used the US release, but I don't know if it actually matters), this is a troll ROMHack that does absolutely ridiculous things to the game. For example, all of the Rattatas are FEAR Rattatas: they come with a Focus Sash, and have Endeavor and Quick Attack as their only moves (If you somehow don't know, FEAR is an acronym for this kind if Rattata). That's not the only thing the game does, and it is highly recommended you talk to as many NPCs as possible, as often as possible, because they all have funny shit to say. It's also highly recommended you complete the Pokedex, though there are some edits to evolution lines so be careful. Save early, save often, and use savestates as much as you can. This is a very funny ROMHack, and I'll be going back to it when I finish Pragmata.

Civilization VII
Playing the game I started a while back as Ashoka. I'm now in the Age of Exploration (the second age out of three), and I've switched to the Chola Empire - another Indian empire, but one which plays very differently from the Maurya. While the Maurya's strengths are military and scientific, the Chola Empire is geared towards diplomacy and economics.
As such, I attempted to complete the Economic Legacy Path (which revolves around settling distant lands and bringing resources back from them) - but I actually completed the Scientific Legacy Path first without even trying. I'll take it, I guess!
