I've been waffling over purchases lately, and I'm glad I am because I noticed my monthly check hadn't deposited correctly this month so I'm short my usual funds!
Aside from some bigger travel expenditures (flights, accommodations, etc) related to my friend's upcoming wedding, I recently got an upgraded wireless mouse for my laptop, as my previous one lost consistent middle click input (which made playing Grounded, where I mapped Interact with that input, a pain). It's a G305, nothing fancy. It's a tad lighter than my previous, and has the advent of extra buttons on the side so I can have my beloved "Ctrl + S" and "Ctrl + T" shortcut macros back
Did nab some stuff for our place now that we've removed a large amount of unused furniture in our place, with the exception of this bench that is suddenly out of stock.
Didn't get this cuz it's not necessary right now, but it's very cute for our little front porch area. :3

A model of an LMS 'Black 5' steam locomotive:
https://www.themodelcentre.com/372-137b
It was about £50 off where I got it (£122.37, vs. an RRP of £174.95), so I thought it was worth getting at that discount. And, it runs rather well!
And yes, I know it's available a bit cheaper on the website I linked - but, I don't mind, because I was supporting a local business by buying it in-person !

Sorry for the double-post (I hope it's OK, since it's been 3 months!) - but, I purchased a new laptop yesterday, which arrived today.
My old one was still working, but it had broken hinges, and several keys on the keyboard weren't working properly, which made typing rather onerous. So, this time, I got a Lenovo LOQ (which I've heard has better build quality than the ASUS TUF I had previously). Another reason why I got this computer was because I found it for £250 off (£1049.99, as opposed to £1299.99).
I've spent today getting it set up, and re-downloading various games. I'm not done with that yet - but it's rather liberating, being able to type properly again .

A pink windows laptop since I love to read stuff online and post on forums when I feel up to it. I got an Auusda 14.1" FHD Light Pink Laptop. It's not available on amazon anymore but it was during the amazon sales, and I love it.

A couple of 'Grampus' wagons for my model railway:
https://www.hattons.co.uk/directory/vehi...FZaMdd_T_i
These would've carried ballast for the railway tracks (basically, the little rock things that go underneath the rails in order to support them). Not the most glamorous of wagons, but they fulfilled an essential task!

Garmin Forerunner 55 watch
Funko Pop! Animation Bleach Gin Ichimaru
Funko Pop! Animation Bleach Rangiku Matsumoto
Lumineo Lit Glass Tree with flashing effect (red)
I suppose it's about time I got a new watch for exercise, and will go well with the runs that I'm doing now, as it can link up with that Strava app I've been using. Settled with this one as I was looking at more expensive ones and didn't need to.
Got the red tree to have a little something festive for December in my room, just because.
Also just had to get another "duo" set of Gin and Rangiku. Well I have three so far, I still need a Rangiku plushie + poster to go with my Gin plush/poster and Gin large figurine to go with my Figuarts Zero Rangiku, then I'd have six. I could have eight, but there wasn't a die-cut keyring of Rangiku made, didn't get Rangiku bookmarks when I could've and also there may not be a Rangiku poster out there, wasn't one when I bought a Gin one on eBay years ago.

A hotel room, since I'll be travelling to see my sister next weekend!
Not quite sure what we'll be doing - but, she lives in the Oxford area, so we'll be doing something around there.

Just bought a few accessories for my (hopefully) soon to be arriving PlayStation Portal. A carrying case, a screen protector and a charging dock for it. Still no word from Amazon if/when my Portal will actually be shipping (only been waiting three weeks...), but I'll have this stuff ready for when it does arrive, I guess.

I just hope Amazon doesn't decide to cancel the order on you at some point @ Dragon Lord because of a lack of inventory anytime soon or something.
Bought it two days ago now but as I have mentioned already our fridge died on us so we had to get a new one. Managed to get this one for $1800 instead of $3200 which arrived yesterday and it's so nice!

While it hasn't been cancelled, it was pushed back as I expected it to be. It's now supposed to arrive between April 25th and April 29th. I ordered it on March 28th, to give context on how long I've been waiting for it. So it'll be a full month before I (hopefully) see if finally.
But it's okay, I know Amazon is a small multi-billion dollar company, three weeks just isn't enough time to get one item shipped and delivered.

A model of locomotive No. 7822 Foxcote Manor:
![[Image: foxcote-manor.jpg]](https://i.postimg.cc/X7nHm5fS/foxcote-manor.jpg)
I picked this up from a model show yesterday, where it was quite heavily discounted: it normally retails for £184.99, but I found it there for only £99.99 :O . But that's not the only reason why I bought it: I travelled behind the real Foxcote Manor in Santa Specials at the Llangollen Railway when I was a child, so this is quite a significant locomotive to me!
Admittedly, the model is in plain black (rather than the lined green that the real thing was in when I travelled behind it) - but, at that price, I can't complain too much!

@ Kyng: Dang that looks super similar to a train I had when I was younger; no idea if it's the same one or not though nor can I check easily given it's not in the same country as me right now. I'll have to check if my parents still have it somewhere and if they can tell me what it is.
So I went to the mall today and got a few things!
I had no clue about the Tomb Raider statue until I saw it today, and for $90 it was in-line with the price I've paid for other high quality PVC figures. This one also has a few swappable parts which is neat!
The Switch 2 case was interesting because I found it in this part of the mall that was literally just this giant space filled with bins full of random shit that was Amazon returns that I guess Amazon didn't want back for whatever reason or another, and anything you found was $12 a pop. They also had these big mystery boxes you could buy and see if you got lucky, and I'm sure the higher quality stuff was in them but I'm not gonna risk getting a load of stuff I don't want or need. I feel like they should make those boxes themed rather than just totally random so at least then you can pick a mystery box with some idea of what might be in it, versus a mystery box of literally anything from Amazon which is just far too vast of a range to ever make taking a risk like that worth it.

It could well be! Or it could be a similar one: quite a lot of the Great Western 4-6-0 locomotives look similar to one another. (Indeed, some of the LMS locomotives look similar too: they hired someone from the Great Western Railway to design their engines for them in the 1930s )
Anyway, my last notable purchase was a new mouse. My old one broke last week, and I'd been struggling with my laptop's trackpad until yesterday. I got another of the same model as before to replace it: it was quite cheap (only £5.99), but it lasted for about 3 years, so I got more than my money's worth from it, and I'm happy to have another one just like it .
