@ Dragon Lord: Nice! I was hoping to get the last trophy I need for Platinum in Elden Ring today but didn't have enough time to make it further than reaching the grace before Fire Giant. Hopefully I can bang out the last few bosses tomorrow.

Earned Sept. 26, 2024 @ 6:38pm
Wall Buster (Bronze) - Broke up a Bot Wall.
Earned Sept. 26, 2024 @ 6:37pm
Thick As Thieves (Bronze) - Captured a photo of two legendary explorers in Crash Site.
Earned Sept. 26, 2024 @ 6:35pm

Earned Sept. 26, 2024 @ 5:31pm
Lost And Found (Silver) - Rescued all Bots in Lost Galaxy.
Earned Sept. 26, 2024 @ 4:02pm
The Golden Bot was probably the hardest trophy from all these and in the entire game for me, simply because the level you have to beat to earn the trophy is the hardest one in the game due to being unlocked only after you've obtained every other collectible in the game. Overall though Astro Bot is easy enough to get the Platinum in for anyone and I'd say it's worth going for just because you'll get to experience absolutely every ounce of the game which I would recommend anyone who plays this game does!
Also, the one trophy with the description blacked out is done so because of slight spoilers about a level/gameplay element.

The Binding of Isaac: Repentance (PC)
Friend Finder - Complete the final chapter with Jacob and Esau.
Earned November 11, 2024 @ 3:43pm
I started this run months ago but just never bothered to finish it until now. Fortunately I had a ton of health on both characters so I could tank a lot of the hits in the final chapter boss fight whenever the pair would get split up somehow.

This doesn't have an in-game achievement since it's an MMO, but I beat Normal Will and Normal Gloom in MapleStory yesterday! A little late since my damage is higher than the minimums you should have, but the former has some annoying mechanics you need to learn to beat the fight and I finally got it. :'D

Slay the Spire (PC)
Ascend 10 - Complete Ascension Level 10.
I was surprised to beat my first A10 run on my first try, but also it really isn't any different to A9 except you now get given an extra card in your deck that you can't play, and it didn't hinder me at any point whenever I drew it into my current hand.

Barricaded - Have 999 Block during combat.
Dang, it's funny my last post in here is for the A10 achievement in this game. It took me from then until now to do the next ten levels, and I'd say it took a few weeks just to beat an A20 run for the first time.

It's funny how much a year can change perspective on something. I called Elden Ring a "garbage game" when I posted about getting the PS5 Platinum, and while I do still think there's a lot of garbage aspects of the game (looking at you Fire Giant, Malenia and Elden Beast), I've actually had the game grow on me a lot more since then. After I did my PS4 Platinum run of the game, I started watching a lot of Gino Machino's videos (he's a great Elden Ring/Souls streamer if you ever want to watch some amazing play, does a lot of "No Hit" runs, currently working on a No Hit, All Bosses All Souls marathon run) and it got me hooked on playing the game a ton. I started just blasting out builds on the PC version of the game. I still need to get the DLC, just waiting for it to go on sale though because $40 for the DLC just doesn't call to me.
Last achievement earned for me was...
Nioh Remastered (PS5)
Conqueror of Aoba Castle - Seized all of Aoba Castle's three-storied keeps in "The One-Eyed Dragon's Castle"

2023 Platinum Goal: 4/50 (Copium)

Hard Bargain - Earn a total of at least 1,000,000 points in Score Attack mode.
The last achievement that I needed for the game that I had put off for many, many months because I was dreading going for it with how much I dislike the combat in this game. Got it done though and the 100% is complete finally.
Other recent achievements:
Lost Ruins
The Conqueror of Ruins - Obtain all trophies.
Pretty quick and easy platinum. Game was pretty bad, but only took a day to get it done.

I think Elden Beast is one boss most people agreed was badly designed, just for having to constantly chase it if nothing else. I can't remember if I've tried the fight since they adjusted it to allow Torrent to be summoned in it but that was a change the fight definitely needed to make it better than it was. It's also nice if for any reason you wanted to fight the boss the old way since you can just not summon Torrent.
Slay the Spire (PC)- Amethyst+ - Complete the Ending with the Watcher.
September 29, 2025
- Sapphire+ - Complete the Ending with the Defect.

- The End? - Complete the Ending with the Ironclad, Silent, and Defect.

- Ruby+ - Complete the Ending with the Ironclad.
September 17, 2025
So after learning there isn't really any reason to beat A20 with every character except for the challenge of it, I decided to just ditch doing A20 with every character and just went for Heart runs instead. Oddly enough for being the starting character, Ironclad was easily the hardest one to get the achievement for out of all four characters, followed by Watcher. It only took me the first try to do it with Silent and Defect, which surprised me for the latter because I find them to be my worst character to get a good build going most of the time.

Without knowing anything about Civ 6, this part seems oddly redundant at face value to me. Why does it matter for it to be at the start of your turn instead of just having it pop once you surround the plaza?

I don't think I ever played this mode and now I'm hoping this didn't require being done in a single sitting or without dying or some other condition that could be really punishing to reach such a high number.

I can't remember if I've tried the fight since they adjusted it to allow Torrent to be summoned in it but that was a change the fight definitely needed to make it better than it was. It's also nice if for any reason you wanted to fight the boss the old way since you can just not summon Torrent.

Hard Bargain - Earn a total of at least 1,000,000 points in Score Attack mode.
The last achievement that I needed for the game that I had put off for many, many months because I was dreading going for it with how much I dislike the combat in this game. Got it done though and the 100% is complete finally. I don't think I ever played this mode and now I'm hoping this didn't require being done in a single sitting or without dying or some other condition that could be really punishing to reach such a high number.

@ Moonface Nah, it doesn't need to be one sitting or without dying, but it is kind of annoying because you can only access the mode after beating the game the first time, and by playing Score Attack mode, you have to start over from the very beginning and replay through the entire game, getting all of the upgrades again and what not. Then in order to get high enough scores on levels, you have to play with pretty much every Idol active (except the two that make enemies invulnerable) and then be able to basically speed run the levels while knowing where all enemy spawns are and killing as many of them as possible because your score multiplier is based on not getting hit + how many kills you get (and you need to get them fast to keep it up). So basically you die in just a couple of hits because of the Idols, but you need to kill things very fast. So it can be pretty annoying to do because you can't afford to get hit, but you also can't afford to play defensively and take too long between kills.
Thankfully if you can get good at it, you can just do the Kid's Dream level and get 800,000-1,000,000+ points on that level alone, but it can be pretty hard because of limited healing and some enemies can just ruin your day on that level out of no where. Took me a good... I don't know, seven or eight attempts at it before I got through it and got around 880K points (which thankfully was enough to put me over 1 million since I had a few scores of 20K on a couple of other levels). Though I was also a little handicapped because I didn't level up and have all of the slots open for the distillery, so I was missing some really important buffs from that. I was just too impatient and wanted to get it done ASAP.

Thought I could get this game 100%'d finally by the time FFT Remaster came out, but I slacked off a little too much this weekend on it and now I won't be able to get it done since FFT Remaster will be live around noon my time tomorrow and I'm going to be sinking my teeth into that good shit immediately and all day long. At least I am finally getting closer to finishing this one at last though. I don't know why but I have such a hard time keeping myself interested in FFVI after the half way point, and I've never been able to get myself to actually fully complete the game because of it.

I thought Score Attack was gonna be some arena type thing where you have to fight waves of enemies while getting points, which is something (off the top of my head) Kena: Bridge of Spirits does and is incredibly obnoxious when playing the game on the hardest difficulty because enemies take longer to kill, and points in that game are based on speed so it often comes down to luck in getting enemies killed quickly enough to hit the requirement for each arena. x.x
